On this tour you will get the chance to explore the cultural highlights of Ghent and Bruges. You will be surprised by the monuments of Oudenaarde and the beauty of the castle Ooidonk. After all those esplorations you will enjoy the wonderful river Old Leie and view pituresque landscapes from your deck chair.
- Friday: Welcome on board in Oudenaarde,this wonderful city was a mediaeval centre of textile manufacture
- Saturday: Ghent, the cultural heart of Flanders
- Sunday: Ghent city visit or bike tour to castle in Waasland
- Monday: Bruges, a first visit to our mediaeval “Venice of the North”
- Tuesday: Bruges, even two days will be too short
- Wednesday: Leerne, the Lys river gave inspiration to many poets and painters
- Thursday: via Lys and Scheldt to Oudenaarde, a city visit or Ename, where an archeological site and a nice museum await you
- Friday: Oudenaarde,Goodbyes after a healthy breakfast around 10AM
